In my division, it's a position above the drug/gm manager in a large marketplace store. You oversee all the nonfoods/candy/seasonal/home goods/clothing etc. I guess this position probably doesn't exist in most divisions and it's only in large stores here, I want to move up but I don't think it's worth it as they've only offered me a $3k pay raise and I'd have to go salaried and leave the union meaning more hours and pricier insurance. :/ now I'm being sent to my new store Monday and I never even signed my offer or was told anything, I wanted to discuss the offer but I only received it today and no one was in the office for me to talk to. :(
Yeah it's a just a co manager position that oversees all drug GM departments in a marketplace. They will make same as other comanagers in store plus any bonuses
The logical thing would be to ask before even thinking of accepting. There's probably criminals that come to the store who make more money adding to the store's shrinkage than what you will make lmao.
Yeah they offered me substantially lower than other co managers so I am pretty upset, it's actually a pay cut just looking at base hours I'll be working, that's not including the fact I'll have to leave the union and pay for my own insurance.
