Higher health care costs, reduced pension contribution, doesn't do much for those who have put in their time.

Heard they got a lot of young kids to join the union at the last minute and that is what pushed the vote overwhelmingly. Our admin said "what is going to happen when thes kids don't want the deductions from their check anymore and ask how to quit the union." She referred to the whole situation as "dirty"----I agree
