From how I read the MOA, everyone will move to the new wage schedule on June 18th, I've been at Kroger a year and was getting paid $7.40, according to the new schedule, I should be getting paid $10, but me and everyone I know who was below $9 an hr are all getting paid the same $9 an hour, I know one coworker has about 2.5 years at Kroger and she is also only getting paid $9 an hour. Is this how it's supposed to be or is Kroger shorting us? Would be a load of **** if all of us had to now work longer to top out.
Undrr the new contract, part timer making less than 8 dollars, went to 9. Those making 8 dollar, which is approximately 5 years as an employee went to 9.50. Those making 8.25, went to 10.00. Those above that would have been at top pay for a part timer(10.45) and went up a nickle to 10.50.
For full timers, those making between 7.30 up to 8.60 went to 9.00 dollars. Those making 8.90 went to 9.20. Those making more than that but not at top pay, didn't change and continue on the payscale that they were on before 6/18. Those full timers who were at top pay(14.65) went to 15.15.
