I posted this question several months ago and didn't get much response-trying again. What happened and did your CC go to the hospital or sue the store or the person that hit them?
You wouldn't be able to sue the store unless you can show the store showed neglect. Being on the clock this would be a workers compensation claim and possible able to sue the person that hit you. First thing that would be asked......Where you wearing proper safety equipment (Safety Vest), What kind of shoes were you wearing? Where you wearing ear phones?
Depending on the injury, Associates normally are instructed to go to the nearest urgent care or if your a pancake, ambulance will be called.
