Full timer here, been hearing rumors about being demoted and tranfered from other co-workers and been personally told by a friend right after they talked to the store manager about me being demoted and tranfered. But I haven't been told anything? All I did was tell the manager I was gonna call the union I'm them for not understanding that I couldn't make it to another store to help due to car problems. What can I do and or should o leave it alone?

Leave it alone until management actually tells you they are going to transfer you. Don't listen to rumors it is most likely wishful thinking on the person who started its behalf. They can transfer you unless the store you are working at is closer to your home.
Depending on your position, you could be transferred (Department Head, Asst. Department Head), but normally if its because of performance. But if your performance is an issue, you should have already have had discussions, etc. I have never heard of someone getting transferred and demoted!
Don't listen to rumors. Store managers often rant about certain employees but rarely make any moves unless you are a huge screw up. Store managers are all talk, no action.
They can't transfer you if you put "not willing to relocate" in your original applicataion.
Actually, All transfers from Store to Store get authorized by District Manager...or Op/HR Manager. Store Managers only have control of people inside their walls, if your not sure of where you stand...ask your Coordinator! Either their will talk to you about the issues or say what are you talking about!
