I have to take the Food Safety Class next week. Is the class easy or hard? Will I be able to look at my notes while taking the test? How many times can you take the test? I'm not talking about when you first get hired, I'm talking about an all day class, then a test.
Its fairly easy if u pay attention,should be a piece of cake if you work in the deli it's mostly about holding temps and food borne diseases, no notes or anything when u take your test, I passed both of my tests since u have to retake it every 3 years
