Same here, and there's no other way to check my schedule since they stopped updating the paper schedule at my store.
How can that be??? Kroger dept heads are REQUIRED to update the paper schedule hanging on the wall (either in your breakroom and/or somewhere nearby in your respective departments, such as on the wall near the phone) and keep it accurate and up-to-the-minute, as the PAPER schedule IN THE STORE is supposed to be the FINAL, ABSOLUTE. Any changes are supposed to be hand-written on the wall schedule, preferably in ink, so there are no misunderstandings.
After the "cut off time" (such as noon on Friday, or whatever it is in your division) the online schedules are no longer meaningful IF there have been any subsequent changes. The paper schedule trumps the online version. This is the way it is. If you are serious and your store has "Stopped updating the paper schedule", your store has some issues that need to be resolved, and soon!!!!
Well I work in daytime grocery and the co-manager in charge of our schedules just lost his mother, so I guess he's the only one that knows how to print out anything but front end's schedule. I feel for him, but it's stupid that we have to suffer too.
Whenever I get that "error time out" or Pulse Connect pops up, I just say "sign in" and it goes right back to greatpeople no problem and lets me re-login and continue.
