I'm a former employee for Kroger. I have been desperately trying to get my W2, but they won't give me any information. My old store hangs up on me, the websites won't let me log in, and none of the numbers I have been given help, at all. I got the EIN for Kroger so I thought I'd be able to import it, but I also need an IMPORT CODE and the 10575 one doesn't work. Does anyone have any information at all? I feel totally helpless, like pulling my hair out. Please help. All I need is an import code.
Import codes are unique to each persons w2. Call w2 management directly or 18009528889. Say express hr. Thats the only way I know of getting them. Sorry for the pain. Kroger is not too big on helping the people who helped make it grow.
That's what I was afraid of. I've been on hold for half an hour now. I'll tell you something, I had en easier time getting my W2 from Walmart. If that says anything about Kroger...
