Kroger is the least uplifting place I have ever worked.
They make it completely impossible to reach the goals they expect and treat you like crap when you can't reach them.
Not enough people scheduled
Hiring some of the dumbest laziest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and not terminating them no matter how many no call no shows they do or how much they just wander around and not work. We have one courtesy clerk who spend at least 40 minutes a day in the bathroom and the remainder of the day in the break room or wandering around outside. He's been there 3 years. .........
