hi, so i have apparently reached tier 2 and this means i get a customer service shirt. i would like to know what happens when you get to tier 3 and if there is a tier 4.
we were getting kroger bucks but now we're getting bags with candy in them.
I do not think there is a company wife standard for the awards or tiers. I do know most divisions have the "Presidential Shirt", which personally I do not consider an award. I think associates would rather have the ability to actually focus more on the customer rather then constantly being behind the ball with unfinished tasks.
All of this stuff is completely meaningless at my store (in practice, in reality) because nothing is really explained, and many (most) of the personal mentions are not mentioned to those employees.
