I recently took a promotion at another store and im just not feeling like its for me. Pay wasnt that much of a bump and its further away from me. the Store manager I work for now told me if I was unhappy hed be fine letting me go back. Im going to talk to my old store manager today. Has anyone done this or heard of it happening?
Heck, I's hard to get the transfer to start with. I put in for a transfer, about a month ago, and have not gotten it yet. I think it's because my GM doesn't want me to leave their store. I wish they would just say that instead of acting like they don't like my work and giving tons of excuses for the delays.
