Try logingig in to your computer or try restarting your smart device. Worked fine once I did that. Escd goes down way too much and its challenging to get requests in on time if theyre last minute.
If your Division has transitioned to the Feed use that instead. If not, it will be launching for you soon. It replaces all of the internal websites including Great People. I think that's why GP is down all the time, they're not spending resources on upkeep for it during this transition period
