Anybody on this Kroger employee forum have any input on the opening of this brand new store? If you work there, let us know how its going so far.
The newspaper "story" (basically a publicity / promotion piece for Kroger, not really showing any investigative journalism) states that there will be 280 employees, compared to the 130 at the old Jeffersonville Kroger store which closed yesterday.

You just nailed a very critical detail in the fabric of what's steadily going wrong with our country, economy and class seperation. The OnePercenters, who own modern journalism, are the reason why we'll only see stories that flatter their business interests---unless it's a slanderous piece from another OnePercenter / competitor.
Journalism as it was created and intended is dead.
