Seriously, why would you all defend creepy customers and their behavior? What does it get you? Why not stick up for other Kroger employees posting here about their experiences like this. This website is supposed to be for venting about stuff like this and getting support and I see people defending creepy behavior towards employees and apologizing for it. Why would you do that? Its disgusting.

Why should the customer respect the employee who cant even do their job? They hardly smile, dont bag items fast enough to slow at getting carts, too busy playing fartnite. some of them even smell like fart now thats disgusting. The employees need to learn to appreciate and VALUE US!!! We are your bread and butter without us youd be living on the street instead of the shacks you all reside in now. Only creepy thing here is the idea of respect the employees

Im talking about people defending a creepy old man who bothers me constantly which is innapropriate. Im not delusional. This is happening all the time. The same guy and I dont like it. This isnt the right way to treat female store employees, they arent there for people's entertainment to stare at. I literally wouldnt have a problem with him if he wasnt acting inappropriate and he also didnt always act like this and I was told he is doing it to others too and causing other issues. He wants a wife. He's told me over and over. This guy repeats himself constantly and he isnt looking for an older lady. He's looking for some like 20 yr old which is what he thinks I a m and he is 76 years old and people are here are making excuses like "he just wants to feel like he's got game" or "maybe he likes your tits" as if what he's doing is perfectly ok when it isnt. It isnt ok when he is making people uncomfortable. Again, female employees arent there to entertain stupid old men with nothing else to do for them to oggle and say weird stuff too and threaten to sue a store over my job which he seems to think he's entitled to do because he's pissed when he sees someone else there for 1 WEEK. So yes, I want to know why people would be defending that.

Nah youre the one who is crying about it here and asking for advice. I can handle problems a lot better then asking total strangers to hold my hand. Just do it you can then ask for favors.
