After a decade of being treated like crap and **** from society I decided that I will no longer work for this company full time. I reached a breaking point last month and had a melt down. Since they rolled out the digital coupon crap it's gotten worse. With technology advancing and society being stuck up suborn stuck in the past people are getting ruder and more mean and nasty as new programs roll out and would rather scream and yell at people than admit stupidity. Good ****en god learn some damn life skills rather than be an ass hole. As an employee you basically have no human rights and are always wrong, wrong wrong without fair trial and this bull **** is getting old. I've filed several complaints against my store using the Kroger ethics board and they just don't get it. They keep saying that they have an open door policy but don't understand nor get it. I do my damn job. I do things to the regulations and protocols that the company encourages and still get treated like **** and told I'm not doing my damn ****en job.  Well enough of this garbage. I'm going down to 28-32 hours, going back to school and find a job where my skills are respected and appreciated. If I'm going to be a broken down soul on the inside operating in a zombie state **** this place. There I said it.
