Every time my inventory comes out my shrink dollars are crazy and everyone else is having good results. I know we caught a customer stealing the cheese and I mean whole wheels but IDK if I am doing something wrong and no one seems to know. When they send out the results they tend to be different from what's on Quickview. When we scan out things is the dollar amount retail or what Kroger actually pays for it?
