You piqued my curiosity, so I went on HR Express, clicked on PAY STUB, and could see they still have the records online that extend back to MAY of 2018, so I am guessing they are supposed to keep our pay stub records online for at least One year and a half time span.

Beyond that, I don't know.  I am sure those records are kept for a long time, but you  might need to contact someone in Corporate about it.

Online check stubs only go back about 1.5 years. You'll need to ask book keeping or hr and ask who do you need to contact in corporate payroll. They should be able to go back further than that. Legally they're to keep records for several years. When I was accruing hours I downloaded my paychecks to my hard drive to be sure the hours tallied right. Half the time they didn't. Then I challenged it because I missed several pay raises.

My password no longer works. They locked me out like 2 weeks after I left. I do not care who is in charge the next time I go in my local Kroger I am going to the manager and tell him I need paychecks from the last year. If he said's to see HR or refuses to help I will tell him right then I am going to get a lawyer. I do not buy that see HR Bull crap. Because if HR person is not there it is his/her job to assist. The below image is what message I get and I white out my username. What number can I call? I was not expecting to be locked out so soon. A friend of mine who left she was able to log in way after she left. I just need my check stubs nothing else and You are correct there is a law they are supposed to keep the info. They harass me every time I go in ask if I want to come back hell know im not going back.

Talk to your HR manager on your next shift since we all know you still work there. Frontenac does too.

That is what has gotten wrong with Kroger. They do not want to help their Employee's. Most stores have over 100 Employee's if HR person has gone for the day then there should be someone there to help. Assistant manager or whoever glad I am out and I have gotten this taken care of anyway.

Nothing wrong with it at all. Come in during normal business hours to handle your business. Hey guess what there are other people who also need the assistance from HR as well. You really sound entitled its a good thing Kroger terminates you. Good riddance !!!
