A little off topic but regarding my coworker not you: I'm thrilled they finally wrote my coworker up for being an @$$ hole to customers and employees. He's pissed but he started it all. He's been coached time and time again and nothing about his personality changed. The new management decided with all the complaints against him it was enough. They found legal reasons to write him up for the sake of hr but they finally wrote him up for pretty much being a full blown @$$ hole. I couldn't be more thrilled because his b.s. has been going on since he transferred in. I'm beginning to think he didn't transfer from his prior store out of free will it was the manager deciding that they didn't want an @$$ hole representing their store any more.
The Instacarts should give me some of their pay since I have to find half of the items for them.
Had one the other day who couldn't even speak English. She just put the phone in my face and said "This! This?!"
One of them told some customer the other day that she makes $1500 a week, and that he should try it. lol, wtf-ever. They must get a bonus for signing up new suckers, like some sort of cult.
Ah, another program to waste money instead of giving the "real" employees some. The ones who actually do the backbone work. Like when they pay people to design an entire magazine of stupid recipes and things you can take to the beach in a basket, and then they send that crap to my mailbox.
Or multi-page books with only 2 coupons inside, killing trees while preaching zero waste. Morons.
