"When do I get my next pay raise? How many hours do I have to work to get a raise? I work so hard and all my employee around me have a raise but me. Someone explain to me the job step stuff too. Thank you. I am fairly new employee as of September." - Roger
looks like you'll get a raise in ~6 months if they schedule you 40hrs per week, but more realistically you'll get it in like a year. However it will be a $3.55 raise and that's nothing to sneeze at.

Yeah... it's like every 6 months you get a raise if they work you 40 hours a week every week. You can always ask to go help another store to make up for short hours if they dont give you 40 hours that week. It's up to you and how fast you wanna attain that next raise. It's a hell of a grind though. But once you get that final raise it definitely feels good.
Raises suck. I've been here 10 years and just now at 12. Doesn't even show a job step for me. Overnight pay is going up to $2 at least I'll get that and be at 15 in 2021
