Okay, so we have this ASM at my store that loves to write up, fire, threaten to fire more than Trump loves money. Nobody who works here is spared from her attitude but this passed week she took it to a new low. One night one of the cashiers didn't show up or call. So of course she happily tells the CSM who is her bestie. Well, a few hours later the cashier's mom is calling wondering why she hasn't come home and why she isn't answering her cell or the register phone. ASM gives her the worst high and mighty attitude and talks about the trouble of finding her replacement blah blah blah. Turns out that she had left the house to go to work and got a ride with some guy. From there crap got bad really fast. Long story short she was reported missing. Hours go by and the people that give a crap are in panic mode. She finally was found five hours away (alive thankfully) over twelve hours later. So upon her return to work on Tuesday the ASM goes up to her and in the fakest way possible welcomes her back. Whatever! CSM didnt even bother to do that. I hope nobody she cares about ever goes missing. I am not one bit sorry for her not having full staff on a weekend and to me she is scum.

Don't worry - they get non from their DM and most of the time from their SM.. It's brutal right now for everyone.. because the company is failing.
