I know what you're talking about. It was something that the Food City grocery chain came up with. It was used at some NASCAR races, especially any sponsored by the chain. I even had the opportunity to see it up close at a local Christmas parade. It had a 454ci Chevy engine with a blower and zoomie exhaust. I don't know what happened to it lately.
