Being trained in the fuel center
Permalink

I was trained in the fuel center today, and one of the fuel center employees told me I had to tell a panhandler and his son to leave since she was afraid customers would complain.

What does Kroger want the fuel center employees to do when that happens?

Call MGMT, not your job.

Onsite or offsite?

Onsite, you could have management or security do it.

Offsite?  Tell them to leave or you're calling the cops.  Make sure you have the non-emergency number since you might have to.

Managers are the only ones that can tell customers to leave. Pan handlers are basically tress passing due to loitering and interfering with the process of business.
