How do you know they are stealing and what are they stealing? Over the years there have been lots of managers and associates fired for stealing. It's just a matter of them getting caught and having evidence that they were stealing.

Depends on who they are. Some are protected more than others based on being liked or hated (mostly for superficial reasons)by their DM and or executive.

 Oh they are for sure stealing. Along with other managers

Who would you report managers stealing to? Loss Prevention? Is there a way to do it anonymously so employee doesn't suffer repercussions in case no action is taken against manager? Maybe anonymous letter to divisional office or loss prevention with names, what their stealing, what videos to review so they can be caught?  Maybe with threat of talking to reporter about theft if managers are not investigated?

One SM was fired for stealing at the Lebanon OH store several years ago.
