Why do customers care if you smile or not? Literally one of the dumbest things customers cry about. As if my smile is gonna up lift their spirit. **** yo human spirit !!!
Why cant customers read a huge sign on the salad bar saying the salad bar is 6.99/lb then whine and complain for a manager when its more then they thought it was?

Why do they go to self checkout and then complain to me about how they hate it so much and its taking people's jobs away? Just go to a regular checkout.
What gets me is they make a SIMPLE question seem like they're figuring out the quantum physics or how The Universe was created. The (NOT) difficult question is: "Would you like bags?" A SIMPLE yes or no answer...EVEN SPECIAL NEEDS people can answer that quickly. It not a hard question....
