Ok, the union contract was ratified on the 11th of January. Ive been confused, topped out full time associates were suppose to receive a $1000 and part time is supposed to receive $300. The full time topped outers already received their money and Ive been hearing word of mouth rumors from multiple sources saying that part time will get theirs. Anyone in local 1529 union part time received their money yet ?
Our union got recently ratified and we all got our back pay in the form of a check mailed to us in the mail. You'll eventually get it. Kroger just drags their feet getting it to people. Kroger drug their feet a couple months with us. They kept projecting this date and that date but it came and went and no check. The union had to call them and told them to stop playing games.
Krogers union is a big damn joke just taking pay from employees does nothing to help straighten poor management decisions and practices complain and ur fired for a stupid reason they will find one just give them a few days
