If they raise the bonus brackets they'll just keep changing the metrics on how you earn them so they are impossible to hit. I thought the point of the next round was to get rid of higher paid longer term ASM's and replace with lower salary ones. Maybe they'll use the potential bonus as a ploy to get people to sign on. Poor suckers will never realize it won't happen.

Yup. Wont matter if they raise bonus or raises higher- potential bonuses of 100k wouldnt matter. You wont see anything near that with how they will rig bonus metrics and demand you produce more with less and less (skeleton crews) but yes.. they will find suckers who just see that shines apple not knowing their is a razor blade buried within..
