How does your area do on call for facility?

on: thursday morning 8 am
off: following thursday morning 8 am
It takes sometimes MONTHS for maintenance to respond to a service call. We had leaking toilets in our women's rest rooms that took 3 MONTHS for a tech to come out! This is in the Local 1996 Atlanta GA area
