Wendy McCarty, a VP of Louisville Division abruptly left the company today. Division president has cancelled all scheduled store visits this week. Any clue whats going on?
Was she any good or should she have been gone? Just wondering because I think the 2cd purge has begun and I want to know if they are getting rid of the crappy ones or keeping the soul crushing ones.
I am an ASM, and from my dealings with her, the merch vp (Josh harpole) and division president (Ann reed) she was by far the most personable and closest to living in the real world. The other two have no sense of reality and expect perfection on zero help.
Kroger VP's and Presidents of divisions "retiring" or "leaving on own terms" were fired. I was just hoping it was going to be the worst of the worst being let go. Is it just me or is Kroger keeping trying to keep this round more quiet than the last one.

How long have Ann and Josh been in position? Seems like Presidents and VP's haven't been lasting more than a couple of years lately. I have heard that they were cutting down to one VP per division. Why would we need more than one? Hell, why do we need even one?
