Not all stores in my area do click list and I'm sick of people becoming @$$ holes towards us and scolding us about not having it. The shopper goes through the same method as all other shoppers do. Handling the same food, using the same carts.. the virus still has a chance to get to you.
Our store doesn't have it because of two reasons 1) we're too small and 2) we don't gross high enough traditionally to have it. It literally tells you in the browser that this store does not have this service. If you're too stupid to figure out that the only time you can get delivery is from 12 pm - 1am when our store closes at 8 pm now 11 pm traditionally. Then go back to school and gain a brain! If you want home delivery from a non click list store you will need to use the services called instacart.com or shipit. Please stop calling our store and becoming @$$ holes about home delivery.

Even the stores with pickup do not do home delivery....all the delivery is through instacart and if you try to explain that to customers they get rude about it.....
Customers may be rude about Delivery also because a larger percentage of the Instacart Shoppers are unable to hold older jobs and do not have Customer Service skills. The level of understanding some Instacart Shopper have on Grocery items is very basic as the most. Also, like all other Online Shopping, customers believe if the item is available online, its REALLY available. With Pickup and Delivery orders now being placed for Pickup or Delivery 3-5 days later, inventory dramatically changes.
