Customer are getting pissy about the no return policy.

There I said it. As this drags on I'm having people b-i-tch at me about not being able to return the item they just fr-gg-en bought by mistake. Then becoming @$$ holes when they can't get their way. Sorry rules are rules if you take it out of the store the current policy is no returns except on perishable items due to quality issues. Period no exception even if you're the biggest @$$ hole in the community who finds out oops I can't get my way any more. Customer are finally having the short end of the stick and are realizing they can't get what their want any more. Finally. The employee has the upper hand. The down side is that when returns become active again we'll probably have like three month old receipts with molding products. I can see why Kroger said no returns on tp because you decided to buy 600 rolls worth and no you realize panic buying wasn't such a good idea.

Don't bother replying. I'll probably never swing back in to see the comments. So f-u-c-k off. As the idiocy of this pandemic continues I'm having less patience to deal with stupid f-uc-ks all day long.

I never understood people that returned items. If I purchased something and didn't like the taste, I learned I didn't like the item. If I purchased something that turned into something spoiled, bad because of a production issue, a replacement is offered. Why does anyone need to return Ketchup, Bread, Frozen Vegs, Toothpaste.....

Because they are entitled "Karen"s, and think the world should revolve around them and their most petty desires.

                                         ^^^^^^^^^^^   MALE KAREN ALERT  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Jealousy?  Ha!   I do buy things like bread, ketchup, frozen vegetables and toothpaste. But I have just enough sense to buy the brand/type/price point I want, without second thoughts after I get home, or thinking up stupid reasons why I  changed my mind and don't want it/them after all.  And if I wasn't happy with product later on, I am an adult and can deal with reality--- no big deal.   So, there will be no childish whining and returning of said items by myself.   I don't practice Chronic Victimology, or blame others if I should happen to make a dumb purchasing decision.   I can take it, it's on me.   It's called MATURITY.  Look up that word in your dictionary, either hardcopy or internet version, troll.

I saw a comanager refuse a return to a pissy, slightly drunk customer today. He mumbled that it was not right. and she just told him the 1800-kroger number and that was it....

Maybe these idiots shouldve thought about that before buying 1,000 rolls of toilet paper they dont have room for and never needed in the first place. TP doesnt help with the virus. The people stockpiling bleach and cleaning products have the right idea though.

I truly hope that people are stockpiling (and using!) condoms while being locked down at home. We sure don't need another "baby boom" as a result of this!
