The other day I was talking a perishable item back to where it needed to go. A person walks past me, turns around, approaches me with a fearful look on their face, and shoves their phone less than two inches from my vision. Didn't speak a word, use sign language, or even made hand gestures. I gave them a general direction to get them away from me. Covid-19 or not, have some damn manners. I've had some Instacart people who have and some that haven't. But this one takes the cake. I am going to avoid that person permanently.
That's a good way for the instacart customer to get his/her ass beat. At this time social distancing is a must.
I wanted to deck the person or yell to back up a bit but that day was going okay for me and I didn't know who they were at first. A subtle way was easier. And covid 19 or not, manners and courtesy are still manners and courtesy. The lacking of those was what irritated me.
