All stores in my area are getting click list and I'm sick of the front end and am who knows how far away from having a mental blow out with the next @$$ hole customer. Right now customer @$$ holiness is at an all time high and I don't know how much more of it I can take... Long story short I want out. My question: Is click list on a different pay scale as the front end as I'm journeymen pay or will I be accepting a pay cut if I transfer over?
Yes cashiers can learn click list,at my store ALL cashiers are REQUIRED to train in click list.
