The article doesn't say which 4 stores in Michigan these employees worked at. I am originally from the SE Michigan area (Macomb County) and I read on one of the Detroit media sites that one employee was at a Wayne County Detroit-area store. I could potentially see lawsuits arising out of this if more employees die (and management at least in my store is making it difficult for people to call out when they are sick.)

The employees worked in four separate stores in Northville, Troy, Grosse Pointe and Livonia, the company said.

The way the headline reads, it makes it sound like all four workers worked together.  They each worked at a different store.  It makes it sound like the virus is being spread rampantly throughout the company.  No, it was just four people who just happen to work at Kroger.  now if it was four people at the same store in the same department, then that would be cause for concern.

That's pretty bad luck.  It would almost make more sense if they all worked in the same dept like Deli or Fuel or Pickup where they work in close quarters.

The union is claiming 10,000 represented workers are sick from the virus.  I find that hard to believe.
