One of us got tested because hospitalized. Company let us know of positive test for covid 19 like a week later ( many thanks to county health dept for making them do it). Someone else decided to self-quarantine because exposed out of concern for family and self. That person is now "no call no show" so will join the unemployed.
Think carefully about where you should work or shop. Good luck all.
If you have a family member test positive and you reside with them then you can get two weeks paid leave according to Kroger's covid policies. Same if you test positive for it. If you test positive for it you can also draw on your sick pay. (This is why you don't abuse your sick pay.) If it's a coworker and you don't know who it is then no. You may request a two week self quarantine leave but it'll be unpaid. That's where you'll have to rely on your vacation pay and bank account.
