Exactly. Plus the employees deserve every ounce of hero pay given to them. Glad the employees do not have to pay it back. But now, that Kroger has relented on repayment, are they going to "retaliate" against the employees for fighting against it? (By retaliating, I mean getting back but doing so within the union contract so they do not get in trouble)

I have been watching your replies for a while and I have not said anything as of yet. HOWEVER, what makes YOU think it's ok to "add an additional option marked 'repayment of $00.00?

I HIGHLY doubt you would do that. If confronted and asked for repayment back would you actually do that? If you did, that overpayment only lasts so long. It wouldnt even cover court costs when they pulled you into court.

You talk big behind the computer, when the truth is, if told to pay back what you were overpaid you would do it.

And as an assistant manager I would make sure YOU DID pay it back.
