something's strange about that story. why does a store manager have a recent high school grad associate's number in his phone? was this kid already a dept head? 

at least it was a text message and not a random accusation.  

can't count the number of times customers have falsely claimed racial bias because they didn't get their way at guest care usually because it would be a violation of law like ignoring photo id for western union or because they're time to return high theft items without a receipt

Someone needs to be fired for not proof reading that article in that second link.

Why am I not surprised kroger is doing this. It's no different when sars super saver grocery market pulled out of the low income areas in my area due to the excessive theft. Then the community complained about it.
