Stupid question..... Who is Camalot331 and why do I care what he thinks? I'm not saying hes wrong with some of his thoughts, but some of him comments are not well researched.
How does he expose them? Yes, training is at times non-existent, and stores at times do not following the policies from Corp. So....how is this exposing them? Any customer would be able to see this when visiting a store. Also, the $$ he was referring to as being asked to return was $$ paid 2X, who wouldn't ask for it back? The Government doesn't allow tax payers to keep a $$ from a mistake....
Just because he make a video doesn't really mean anything, if anything ask him how much me makes for making videos with information readily available online. If you think he making "content" for everyone well being, think again.

Oh, I know that he's not doing anything extraordinary. He's bringing corruption into the light where people who don't follow the happenings of these companies can see some of their bullcrap.

Well that was kinda fun. "not for distribution" is cool. Take away their damn privacy! See how they like it
New hires might want to send material to this guy or to journalistic organizations that hate evil companies and even law enforcement agencies and Congress. Screw Kroger right into the ground.

What "corruption" is he bringing to light? If you haven't figure out, all companies internal memos are not meant for external distribution. Other then training, nothing would be too alarming to anyone. Hell, even the "trained" associates don't follow the correct processes, I would say 30% of all associates wouldn't be able to cope with a Manager/Supervisor that called them out on their performance inconsistencies (and they would be unemployed).
He makes videos exposing large companies with the most notable being Gamestop.
He didn't expose anything about gamestop other than failing to try.
The above video didn't seem well researched, just the reading of reddit posts. Again, the only reason why people make these videos is for the $$$ they get from views. At least this post makes Camalot331 seem like he just looks for hot topics in the news and tries to stoke the fire.

Yeah, that seems about right. He tries to compile employee complaints in one place most of the time, in addition to being a quasi-news channel.

You know where employee can actually complain if there is a legit reason to take action? The Union, local Government, State Attorney General, local News Channel/News Paper.
Camalot331 "compiling" these complaints doesn't do anything to change anything, he is just trying to make video content. If you look at his other videos, he just using the huge number or retailer workers as a vehicle to just make $$$ of YouTube view. If you haven't already figured it out, no job is perfect and Managers implement programs as they like. Might be a reason why a lot of STR Mgmt was let go, demoted, etc.
