So Im transferring to produce next week. Ive done it for years, its nothing new. However the part I havent done is put the truck away. but as the only overnight employee I dont have a choice. They typically get about 15 skids in. They want that put up and the carrots, salads and mushrooms ran each night. Now I can stock the entire department in a shift. but Im worried about the truck issue. Im fat and out of shape and I dont feel like Ill be any good at it. I just asked to leave my previous department for produce, not thinking about the truck. (My fault). Would it even does any good to try and switch again or am I just going to remain a nuisance at this point? I know theres openings in ClickList for example which I love and I excelled at at a time. but I feel asking to switch before I even get started is just going to make them throw me as a cashier to crash and burn.
it sucks too but Im just incredibly burnt out at this point to where ClickList is the only appealing position anymore. (Sorry for caps/structure my phone is about to give out.

It's super easy. Just a lot of mindless work. Can't lift heavy loads use your brain and break up the heavy loads. Can't lift a 60 lbs trash can empty it half way. Can't lift a 100 lbs bag of potato? Take half out and put them in a clean bin. A lot of it is just mindless work and figuring out the job duties and their order. If autistic coworkers can learn it you can too. Just a lot of repetition.
To add on I have back issues and have never been all that good at exorcise. I try and my body fights it so I just gave up. I do enough not to be super fat but I can't be athletic regardless of how hard I try. My body gets sick when I do. Start by walking 40 min a day and you'll be in shape in 6 months. Before society collapsed I walked 40 min 3 times a week and was feeling pretty good abt my self.
