Hey everybody! So recently I got hired at Kroger as a cashier and have found the job to be pretty stressful. I just had some quick questions to ask and need some clarifications on a few things.... -How do I enter a propane purchase/exchange? -How do I take a check/cash payment? -What is an override and how do I do it? -To add money to a gift card, do I scan it and just manually type in the amount? Thanks in advance, and sorry if these questions seem kind of basic, but like I said I'm a teen who was just hired and really needs help.

Sounds like a FAKE post. Don't kroger even train people anymore or did they cut that out too? Oh wait they did cut out the training centers..

Yup, sounds like a phishing scam trying to find how to get into the system.
Original poster, If you are real, ask a store manager for more training. They should be more than willing to get you trained right. They should be able to make time to train you properly before they have to fire you for not being able to do the job.
I have the ability to do an over ride when a CSM is unavailable but have no clue how to make it happen. Questions 2 and 4 are scammer type questions.

At my store they only do propane tank exchanges at the customer service desk.

I would really like to help you but the best way to do that is go over to the costumer service desk when you're on shift and ask them for some help in learning more about the system you're working with.
