I thought that information was accessible somewhere in the EXPRESS HR area, such as with your personal info, current pay rate, etc. I can't find it. Anyone know where this is listed?
From home you can go to ess.kroger.com and sign in with your EUID. Click on pay stub. Look at the YTD total for personal holiday. If you know how many hours you get for a personal day, you should be able to do the math to figure out how many days you've used. If you want to know how many days you get total, then look in your contract book.
I guess it might depend on your store, but the person who is in charge of payroll can see your available hours in Kronos by going into employee management. I did it the other day to tell a cashier how many personal days she had. It's under "accruals".
Log into the paycheck website. Click on about, scroll down to time off and it'll tell you. It gives you vacation pay hours, sick pay hours and personal day hours. It's one. They use to call it a birthday day off but people harassed kroger about it and found the terminology discriminatory and changed it to personal.
