Anyone know the # to call about not receiving a check? Changed my direct deposit and I usually get a paper check at work but nothing there. They are no help. Do they mail checks to your home now?
When I was working there it took up to two weeks before a change was fully complete and processed, did you check with your bank to see if the deposit was made to the old account? You could check with whoever does payroll at your store to see if they can help or give you a number to call.

They mail checks to your home address listed in ExpressHR. With the issues with the USPS, its possible the check was mailed and just not delivered yet.
