Next time the contract comes up for renewal, strike!
No matter what the union people say. They give the company what it wants and if the company does not want to talk about something they let it go.
We should all be under one contract.
Most of what few unions remain in this country ARE a joke. They're there just to collect your union dues, and why not? It's essentially free money to them. What the members get in return is this illusion of protection and representation. I'm with the United Steel Workers and my local is pretty good, but on our last contract renewal a lot of what you said went on.
