....not the blue one. Our FES that was on duty today said "oh you don't want to wear something that has Kroger's values on it?" I snapped back that I didn't want someone else's political opinions shoved down my throat. Kroger is getting ridiculous.

RE: Did your store get those silly blue "diversity and inclusion" wristbands? I will wear the "Standing Together" one bu
'Diversity and inclusion'..........Where I work that seems to mean No More White Employees. It's been the trend for about a year now. Just a constant turn over of black faces, most of who can't seem to make it through their 90 day probation. And no, I don't mean Whitey is unjustly firing them, I mean they're no call / no shows or have to be termed cuz they're in jail awaiting prison or they got cut because they always call off.
Meanwhile, management fully expects us white staff to carry all the load. Trust me: 'White Privilege' is a fking MYTH.
My store hasn't got them. Are all stores supposed to receive them soon? I looked online and I don't think I would want to wear one of those "standing together" wristbands because I don't want krogers dimwitted racial political views being displayed on my body since I do not agree with them. But I haven't found a picture of a blue wrist band online so I don't know what they say,can someone else who's seen one comment on what they have on those bands?
