if next year kroger opened on xmas day? Wud u go for it even if they didnt offer x2 or 3 holiday pay?
Cuz it is coming, u know. Way too big a demand for it not to.
CHRISTmas not xmas. I would not go in at all.
How bout a dildo for your anal-retentive ho ho hole? The x refers to the ancient Roman version of a crucifix, which was built as an X. Check your history before you criticise, dick head
If you let them open on December 25th and introduce holiday pay... they will slowly negotiate that pay out of the contract like they did with all other holidays.

Hmmm....good points, but I wouldn't put any money on it just yet. Covid has radically changed everything, and now many businesses---walmart is the best example---are exploiting that for good PR ('Look, we let our employees off for Chrismas---and at earlier hours too!') as well as saving ass tons of money. Be interesting to see how this goes as time rolls on.
TBH I don't see an issue with the store being open on December 25th at normal pay rates,I would come in as I do every other day of the year.
And that's the problem right there. People that do not mind working Christmas. Think of someone besides yourself set aside a day for family if you don't care then let other people have that time for there family.
Merry Christmas

Knowing what I know about this company if I'm not scheduled to work for any reason you will not find me there. Here's to a new job for everyone in the new year!
You've got to have standards...You've got to stand for principles in this evil world! That means NO STORES OPEN ON CHRISTMAS! It's bad enough those poor Walgreen's employees have to work on Christmas...If there is ONE sacred day out of the year where NO ONE should have to work, it's Christmas...It's always been that way, too...Start changing the rules now and EVERYTHING goes downhill after that...
