It's not going to be over until the general public has access to the vaccine, then we have to worry about variant strains like we have to worry about with the flu. It's true that we're starting to get things under control but we're not quite there just yet.

The epidemic has already changed a lot of things that will be difficult to give up. It is especially noticeable that it has now become the norm to work at home and not expose yourself to unnecessary danger https://www.techgenyz.com/2020/05/23/coronavirus-has-made-work-from-home-the-new-normal/ In general, I see a number of significant advantages in this because it has helped me to become a more effective and successful employee. So the epidemic has not only negative sides but also positive ones, but we will see what happens next.
It has become a great excuse for many people to sit at home doing nothing or pretend to work, and then to expect a handout from the government, which penalizes those who work and save by eroding the value of the dollar. With well under one percent of the population dead from the virus, and most of them elderly, people need to get back to reality now before the economy and work ethic are ruined forever.
A dream for the lazy leftists. They want to be paid to sit on ass anyhow.
They don't understand why people have to work, because they apparently think food grows itself and drives itself to the grocery store, and houses build themselves, and the lumber is free, cuts itself, and on and on.

Maybe people should go back to growing their own food and have a few dairy cows. And they should start going to the woods and cutting trees for firewood or lumber to build. I remember my grandmother and grandpa grew their food. Corn, Peas, Butter Beans, Potatoes, Watermelon. I remember sitting outside under the tree 90 F shucking corn and shelling beans and eating watermelon saving the watermelon seeds to grow more. Then it was time to go feed the cows.
COVID is over? That's news to me!!! Cases are rising, for example, here in Michigan, and a lot of it has to do with young people and sports...Plus, you have these variants that are just more easily spreadable among people...I personally know young workers who don't think they NEED the shot because they are quote-unquote "healthy"...And how's that supposed to keep the numbers down and get the economy rolling again??? You also have people feeling "COVID fatigue" now who are sick and tired of the masks, but unless they wear them and continue to do the hygiene protocols, we are gonna end up back at Square One and we will have no one to blame but ourselves...Really, COVID over? They are talking about a THIRD wave of this thing and until EVERYONE has access to the vaccines and we get a majority of people vaccinated, I just don't see it being over anytime soon...Hopefully, I am wrong about this, but I haven't been wrong yet...Until you start to see the numbers go down across EVERY state and across the world, I don't think you can declare "Mission Accomplished!" just yet...I wouldn't be surprised, in fact, if we are still wearing masks a year from now...Feel free to comment here a year from now to tell me whether I was right or wrong, but like I said, I haven't been wrong yet...

Covid is not over. People have just been vaccinated those that choose to.
Covid is just like the Spanish flu it will be with us for ever and ever. As time goes on we'll just develop herd immunity to it.
There will be a good percentage that choose not to get vaccinated and for all I care those people can die from it. You can still get covid even with the vaccine but it will lessen the damage you receive from the virus.

Fake news. COVID has been over and under better control for a few months now. A vaccine does not lessen damage. Ppl need to quit crying and work

You are actually wishing death on people? Another example of the loving, tolerant far left.
We just got a new tally board and I'm not sure how a person could stock that fast. Goal is more than a case per minute for five hours, unless I misunderstood.
Don't get shots from Kroger or put their app in your phone. They don't need to know who my doctor is and I'm not giving them permission to have anything to do with my phone.
