Anyone know why Kroger has started to add a TOT Hours section on our paystubs or is it just me?

The person that came up with the idea of TOT is the one off task.

I don't know if this is a joke or not, but it would certainly be just like our delusional Kroger to think they will save money, in some way,  by cutting the word "TOTAL" by  two letters!!!!  CUT CUT CUT!! Employee Hours, and whatever else we can!!!

It is not on mine but I am full time at top of pay scale.

It could be something new for new hires or part timers to help them know when their next pay raise is.  I think most contracts have changed pay increases to be done by number of hours accumulated.

Instead of getting a raise on each anniversary date, part timers get a raise every 2080 hours they work. (52weeks x 40hours)

If you have multiple receipts but don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for some work hours, then it's better to start your research on the internet. The easiest way is to go on the paystub platform.
