So this HR chuck wont hire people who are 17 and under. Even if they are fully wanting a job and to work. Nope to bad your 16 bye but she doesnt tell them thats the reason why youre not being hired. Also she hired a 16 yo cause it was the daughters friend but thats okay right?! She also doesnt follow availability at all. Oh you can work these days okay then she will cut that persons hours down to 2 days. What kinda **** is that! I hope she gets canned.
Eh. Generally speaking, minors are terrible employees for two reasons. First, because they are young enough that their employment can be simply left off a CV with no consequence, and some of them know this.
Secondly, they will mostly be scheduled during class and it's like they want to graduate high school or something.
If they could do that, why would they even work for Kroger? It's the worst.
