Why are we screwed? Because they are both so corrupt? We already know Kroger corporate and the union is corrupt. Yes, I guess it's just going to get worse. Kroger is already spiraling down and it's just going to happen a lot quicker. Run away people run away.
If you look at differing Boards of Directors, its funny how they are all "connected" and sever on multiple boards. In reality, the CEO and the Chairman of the Board should be different people, where are the checks and balances?
