This guy is a lazy fricken jap ass. Literally speeds across the floors leaving puddles of water down some aisles. If his machine knocks stuff off the shelves even after being faced oh well he leaves it there. The water also sometimes smells so nasty. Always watching something on his phone instead of paying attention. He also uses a machine to buff the floors and just speeds down the aisles as well and again in some cases knocking stuff on the ground leaving it there. When he leaves he doesnt say anything just leaves the door open and u locked. Guy needs to be fired.

The one that was there when I left he would dump the nasty water out in the sink or down the drain and it had pieces of woodchips from pallets. The drains and sewage backed up all the way in the front of the store **** was coming out the drain that has a cover in the breakroom. Also sewage was in the toilets. They told him not to dump it in the drain. So he started dumping it where the dock is and all that nastiness went under the salvage trailer. I was told to crawl under the trailer and get pieces of pallets. Like I said I was 45 at the time I was not gonna do that. They could get a younger clerk to do that. I cleaned up enough nastiness around the compactor because the manager did not want to get an over the top dumpster when compactor was broke because HE put big pallets and old metal displays and the compactor broke on a Friday over a Holiday weekend. He could have got a over the top dumpster because when I called it in they asked and I asked if they could bring it being a holiday? They said yes it was an Emergency but he would not do it and there was about 20 to 30 shopping carts left with old chicken and it was July and there was flies and I had to deal with all that. The next week compactor was still broke and finally did get a over the top. I asked the manager how I was supposed to get those heavy and smelly leaking bags in the tall over the top. He said in a sarcastic way using his hands "Pick them up and throw them over" I cannot describe his sarcasm you would just have to see it. just like he would hold his finger up in a sarcastic way and say "Go around the shopping center and get empty carts" Such a douchebag.

You are correct as far as cleaning under the trailer. The best way I know how would be to pull it out of the way. Only way to do that is to have a truck come while they are unloading that truck the driver pull salvage trailer away. Next truck comes driver would put it back. I know this takes time and time is money but if they want it done that would be a good way. Someone could get a hose and clean the area. When they would take the compactor to be emptied I used to clean with a hose it was so clean you could eat off of it.
As far as the trash and old chicken left in carts. #1 no trash is supposed to be in carts. But I know all stores have broken this rule many times. I had an idea about how to empty but the manager said no.
Use the straddle jack with a pallet and put cart and I would be there lift me up and I dump it. Let me down put next cart do the same. That was a good idea yes it's a risk on getting hurt. But at Kroger we take that risk every day.

Our overnight maintenance crew was fired and replaced by an automated machine that keeps getting stuck everywhere even though it can physically fit through the gap. It can only clean certain areas of the main floor anyway, so the rest of the job gets pushed on other people. Night crew, courtesy clerks, head clerks, checkers, etc. Our break room is rarely cleaned anymore, it gets disgusting. Be grateful you still have thinking humans.

Yeah but this guy is almost as bad. When the boxes are spotted on aisles his stupid machine leaves a line of water getting the boxes wet on the bottom. He doesnt even mop it up.he uses that mop machine buffs then sweeps? Why not sweep first. And sometimes hell just half ass the floors. Use the mop machine but dont even buff. He has his phone on the mop machine not paying attention the holds his phone while using the buff machine. He already has hit 3 ppl with the buff machine. Hes a jap Mexican or something idk. Hes shirt and like always making sounds with his nose like hes sick. He needs to go
