The idea will be tried out on a limited basis soon. Avoid this. Lots of legitimate restaurants offer take out and delivery.

The concept isn't unique and most likely will not last. In reality a company just needs to open an unbranded kitchen/restaurant to service 4-8 different brands. Space in grocery stores is expensive compared to a random subprime locations.
